How we store, protect and use the information you give us

1. What we need

Our Personal Data Protection Policy governs the use and storage of your data. We collect the following types of personal data from you:

• Name and contact details, including your address, telephone number and email address
• Tenant details (where applicable) including their address and telephone number

2. Why we need it

We need your personal data in order to provide you with the service you have requested. The information will be provided by you via telephone or email.

3. What we do with it

Your personal data is processed and stored on a third party cloud based database and accounts system.  As these are third party applications we are reliant upon them being fully GDPR compliant and we have been advised by all parties that they are, and all data is secure.

From time to time we may also pass on your/your tenant details to a trusted subcontractor to assist with/complete the works.  We have taken steps to ensure that the subcontractors we use are GDPR compliant.

4. What are your rights?

Should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the ability to request to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted. Please contact us.

In the event that you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal data, please contact us in writing at 22 Akerman Road, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 5NS. We will then look into your complaint and work with you to resolve the matter.

If you still feel that your personal data has not been handled appropriately according to the law, you can contact the ICO and file a complaint with them.
