Establised in 2003, Transgas Services, based in Thames Ditton, Surrey is a growing, family run heating and plumbing company. We provide professional central heating installation, service and repair along with all aspects of general plumbing in southwest London and the surrounding area.

We are Worcester Bosch, Accredited Partners and have extentsive experience in all aspects of the heating & plumbing trade and specialise in fault finding and repairing existing central heating systems/boilers.

We aim to provide the highest standards of service and professionalism with the least amount of inconvenience.

Our customers are a combination of homeowners looking for repairs, maintenance and new installations and landlords/letting agents looking for a reliable, responsive local company to attend to their tenanted properties.

Job Role:

Answering the phone an dealing with phone and email enquiries
Managing letting agent and landlord requests for Gas Safety Checks to be carrid out
Inputting jobs on to our cloud based booking software
Contacting customers/tenants to book the jobs in
Liaising with letting agents and landlords to keep them informed of job progress

Do you have:

Experience in a customer service role
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Honed organisation and time management skills
The ability to work both within a small team and indenpendently
