From the simple like a socket change right up to a full rewire and consumer unit change.
Condition reports are available through Transgas Services and can be done at the same time as a gas safety check for the convenience of yourself or your tenant.
Works that are in house would include, but not be limited to:
PAT testing of rented properties
Smart heating controls installation
Immersion heaters replacement and controls replacement or installation
Electric boilers – NICEIC registered engineer called in to wire back to consumer unit
